Job Title: Reclamation Labourer – Pipeline Right of Way
Locations: Burns Lake, Houston, Kitimat, and Terrace, BC
Job Type: Seasonal / Full-Time (May – October)
Start Date: Mid to End of May
Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour
Position Summary:
Weaver Group is hiring Reclamation Labourers for seasonal field work along pipeline right-of-ways in remote, rugged environments. This physically demanding role requires reliability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labour including brush clearing, site reclamation, erosion control, and vegetation control and restoration
- Operate hand tools, chainsaws, weed trimmers and UTVs (when certified)
- Support pipeline and reclamation crews safely and efficiently
- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and mobilization
- Follow safety protocols, environmental procedures, and supervisor instructions
- Maintain site cleanliness and environmental compliance
Work Conditions:
- Remote outdoor fieldwork in rugged, variable weather
- 2-weeks on / 2-weeks off rotation or 3 weeks on – 1 week off rotation (TBD)
- Overtime and weekend work required
- Projects run from May to October each year
Requirements:
- Local to Burns Lake, Houston, Kitimat, Terrace, BC and surrounding communities
- Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in variable conditions
- Reliable transportation to/from staging areas or camps
- Willingness to work in remote locations with rotation-based schedules
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Required Certifications (valid/current):
- BC Intermediate First Aid
- Basic Chainsaw Operator (preferred)
- UTV (Utility Terrain Vehicle) Training
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (clean abstract preferred)
